1. BOBJ Administrator
7+ years of total IT Experience
- 5+ years experience with the BI tools in a data warehouse environment.
- Expert in BI reporting metadata administration, report design and distribution.
- Creation of ad-hoc queries and reports (Documents); Must include sub-queries, variables, and other advanced reporting ability
- Clearly define and apply ‘best practices’ for performance and usability of universe
- Administer users and security settings in a multi-client hosted environment
- Install, Configure and Patch Business Objects software on Windows platform
- Perform Business Objects upgrades and new releases
- Migrate multiple universes from BOXI R2 and 3.0
- Development knowledge of Reports in Crystal Reports XI / 2008
- Development knowledge of Business Performance Management Dashboards in Crystal XCelcius will be added advantage
- Development knowledge of web services using QaaWS will be added advantage
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts
• Good team player with equal ability to work independently during weekends, off hours and provide on-call support

Solid experience with configuring compensation plans in TrueComp 5.x environment
Knowledge of TrueComp and DataMart databases
Experience with analyzing requirements and creating functional specification documents on EIM/SPM projects
Prior implementation experience in a Pharmaceutical environment
Prior experience designing and developing Actuate reports
PL/SQL experience
Prior experience with compensation system testing
Good communication skills
Lead the hands-on design, development and implementation of Sales Compensation Plans utilizing Callidus TrueComp.
Provide technical assistance in the resolution of issues with the system and sales compensation plan requirements. Create and/or modify design documentation as well as operational procedures.
4. Business Analyst.
Basic Qualifications - B.S. degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Bio-Pharmaceutical industry focusing on software development, business analysis, and project management.
- Background and experience in drug discovery and development
- Experience with IDBS eWorkBook, BioBook is preferred.
- Must have high learning agility, innovation, and problem solving skills.
- The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills, and sufficient subject matter expertise to be able to communicate effectively with scientific clients.
- Project management skills, including project planning and scheduling.
- Experience in implementing software systems in laboratory environments.
- The successful candidate must also be able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere within a matrixed multisite environment.
- Some ITIL knowledge would be a plus.
Responsibilities of this position will include providing business analysis, service desk support for our Electronic Lab Notebook rollout along with support for some additional smaller applications. Specific duties will include partnering with members of the Research organization and current ELN team members to help analyze scientific needs, provide end user support, and application testing.

6. Tester
On-site Test Lead role and responsibility:
Understand the report specs and communicate report requirements and project related details to Off-shore.
Get status updates from off-shore and provide daily updates to the Test Manager.
Develop Test Scenarios for testing the OIM reports.
Review Scripts, Sets, Runs and defects for OIM reports and Maximo V7.
Ensure Traceability between requirements and test scripts for Maximo V7 and OIM.
Generate metrics from Quality center and report to Test Manager on a daily basis.
Provide defect management for OIM and Maximo V7.
Good working knowledge of BOBJ and SQL , Quality center.
Informatica and Advanced excel is added advantage.
7. Unix Developer with C,C++.
