i guess i was wrong on the way i thought todays Real Estate agents work together ,i thought Agents work together on trust but i should be more careful next time .
i am not going to lose anything and may be your need is more than mine but at least i should make others aware that there are people like you in todays market.
i gave you my client to show the property on trust and the next thing i know is that you have already done the deal without paying my half of the commission and on asking you what was going on you just gave me a lame excuse that there was an issue between the landlord and my client and you had no idea ,where as the client has already signed the contract and paid the commission,plus she is already moving in the property.
let every one know on the groups you post that if they have to deal with you,they better be ready!
well at last i would like to say "it wasn't great doing business with you"
