We can finance any Freehold residential Ready property having title Deed for Local and  Expatriates (Dubai)

In addition Residential & Commercial Private Villas either for  self construction OR ready villas (Dubai & Abudhabi).

 

 

Ø  Finance of up to 85% (of either the evaluated or the new property value (whichever is less).

Ø  Attractive profit rates on reducing outstanding balance.

4.95%	50%
Refinance – 7%	60% of evaluated price

 

Ø  Customers are offered to choose up to 25 yrs financing.

Ø  Competitive Processing fee i.e. 1% of finance value or AED 20,000 (whichever is less).

Ø  An early settlement fee is “NOT CHARGED” on partial payment or on full settlement of the facility amount before the maturity term.

Ø  Life cover with added feature of permanent disability cover and property takaful cover on base charges as indicated by the provider.

Ø  Salary transfer is not compulsory.

 

Documents Required for Pre Approval:

 

1.       Valid Passport Copy with Valid Visa Page(Edbara in case of UAE National).

2.       Copy of Latest 6 Months bank statements.

3.       Latest Salary Certificate copy.

4.       Work ID card copy.

5.       Pay slips (In case of variations in the amount of salary transfer).

6.       AED 1000 cheque addressed to Dubai Bank.

7.       Signature on Schedule of charges

 

Documents Required for Final Approval:

 

1.       Valid Passport Copy with Valid Visa Page(Edbara in case of UAE National).

2.       Original Latest 6 Months bank statements.

3.       Original Salary Certificate .

4.       Work ID card copy.

5.       Pay slips (In case of variations in the amount of salary transfer).

6.       AED 2500 cheque addressed to Dubai Bank for valuation.

7.       MOU between Buyer & seller copy.

8.       Initial deposit proof at the time of signing MOU.

9.       Title deed copy.

10.   Account opening form.
