[DPI] Legal request concerning slanderous postings

Dear Google Group Administrators

 

This email concerns Mr Raj Rayit of Bluesky Dubai Properties.  A number of slanderous accusations have been made against him by an anonymous person and posted on the board that you are responsible for administering.  Please find below the original posting.

 

These allegations are not true and if they were the Dubai legal system contains plenty of avenues by which complaints can be made and does not include anonymous slanderous allegations. 

 

As required by Google’s rules we ask respectfully that you remove any postings relating to Mr Rayit before the end of January.  Failing this we will hand the file on the matter to the Dubai Police.

   I am an agent who is working in the real estate in UAE for now 5 years. I
have met lot of shady people but this *Raj Rayit* who calls himself "king of
jbr" is the biggest cheater. He made over 100 thousand in commission by
cheating my client and i spoke to other professional people in the real
estate and they also said he is cheater. I advice all of the
buyers/sellers/and agents to not work with this man....he is cheater and
will rip you off.

I already complain to rera and they say that they get too many complains
about him. Hes a thief and liar and in this field we need the
professionals....not the crooks. Be very carful or else you will be cheated
by *Raj Rayit*.
