Hey,
i require the following properties for a group of investors who will arrive in dubai in second week of February.
2 or 3 bed in downtown. must be higher floor, must have full burj and fountain view! please no lower floors and partial views. price not an issue, but do remember its a buyers market :D
2 or 3 bed in palm jumeirah. must be higher floor, must be in building 2 to 6, must have FULL SEA VIEW!
2 or 3 bed in Dubai Marina. must be higher floor, must have FULL SEA VIEW. building must be one of the good ones!
they will stay here for 1 week so all properties ahve to be viewed within tht 1 week. all closing and paperwork within tht 1 week. PLEASE dont bother if ur not serious about your work! if you are charging commission from sellers, then no commission from buyers side. if not, then only 1% will be paid by the buyer!
im not being mean or arrogant, its just tht some ppl are about to spend their lifelong earnings and i want to very honest about it.
also if its not too much trouble, please open a new email and send it to me with the details, and not just reply to this email as all incoming replies will then stack up in 1 email and it becomes very difficult to distinguish(im hoping i'll get alot of replies teehee)
